Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Ari Pro and any future paid features. It works alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Seller

Ari is the seller of Ari Pro subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Ari handles customer service inquiries, cancellations, and refunds.

2. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your Ari Pro subscription at any time through the billing tools inside Ari. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not immediately end your current paid period.

3. Access After Cancellation

If you cancel, your Ari Pro features remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, your account returns to the Free tier and you can continue using Ari's free features under the limits shown in the app.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Ari Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of your most recent monthly payment within 30 days of that charge. Refunds are processed by Ari. Refunds beyond the 30-day window may still be granted where required by law or where a billing error occurred (for example, an unintended duplicate charge).

5. How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@ariai.xyz. We will review the request and process approved refunds through our payment processor.

6. Parent And Guardian Billing Questions

If a parent or guardian has questions about a subscription that was purchased on a student's account, please contact support. We will review billing concerns and, where appropriate, work with you and the payment processor to resolve them.

7. Future Credits And Add-Ons

If Ari later offers optional paid credits or other add-ons, separate refund and expiration rules may apply. Those rules will be shown at the time of purchase.

8. Contact

For cancellation help, billing questions, or refund requests, contact Ari at support@ariai.xyz.
